ROSE WINS FORT WORTH INVITATIONAL; KOEPKA A “BRIDESMAID” AGAIN.

Justin Rose shot a 6-under par 64 Sunday on his way to carding a 20-under par 260 for the tournament, good enough to win the Fort Worth Invitational.

It might be difficult to feel sorry for Brooks Koepka.  After all, the former U.S. Open Champion finished just three strokes back and pocketed $766,800.00 for his efforts last weekend. However, take a closer look at the stats to understand why Koepka could have been frustrated with the results.

The American fell short to the Brit for the second time in the 2017-2018 season, the last time being at Shanghai in October. In addition, it was the sixth time in three years that Koepka has been a runner-up. Can you say “Perpetual Bridesmaid.”
